HANDLE WITH CARE!

All jewelry will get scratches and worn down with everyday wear. Due to delicacy of certain pieces, we encourage to handle the jewelry with care. Certain prongs and setting will catch on loose clothing, please be cautious of scarves and sweaters. 

To clean jewelry, use dish detergent and a tooth brush to easily wash away dirt and oil. It will keep your jewelry clean and looking shiny as new! 

CUSTOM INFORMATION

All custom orders take 4-6 weeks to create from beginning to end. Since each piece is designed with detail and care, it is very difficult to rush the order. If there are certain inspiration pieces or stones, please send with the inquiry email along with budget. All custom pieces are only available in 14K yellow and pink gold.

SHIPPING

For all domestic orders, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $10.
No international orders.

REPAIR

If your ring needs repair, please contact info@theresamlee.com for more information. Depending on the piece, we will do our best to solve the problem and we also encourage you to get your prongs retipped by your local jewelry repairman. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we cannot take returns since each piece is made to order, not all pieces are resizable, so please make sure to know your size before ordering.
